The Firm and Its Principals
WS Group was established in November 1990. Our current practice consists of approximately 400 business, fiduciary and individual clients. We focus on the closely held entity and the related planning for the owners of those entities and their families.
Our firm is recognized by the Colorado State Board of Accountancy, the AICPA Private Companies Practice Section and the Colorado Society of CPAs. We participate in the peer review program which requires other independent CPAs to visit our office and review the quality of our work.

Joe has over 13 years of financial and system analysis for a broad business base covering the areas of construction, manufacturing, distribution, restaurant and personal service entities.

BEN G. SNYDER, CPA•ABV
Ben has over 26 years in individual, partnership and corporate taxation and related financial planning. He has strong corporate merger and acquisition skills and extensive experience in business valuations, financial forecasts and projections in the real estate, manufacturing, publishing and construction industries.
